Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship all orders in U.S.A. by UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air Freight is based on the dimension of the box as well as weight Shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico is automatically 2nd day service.

We offer in-store pickup options for customers in the Southern California area

International Shipping

We ship by U.S. Postal Service. Customer will be advised of shipping cost and options by e-mail, and order will be shipped on customers confirmation of shipping cost. No orders will be shipped Internationally unless the customer approves the shipping charges.

We accept returns on unused item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. (No refunds on Shipping Charges). If you have an exchange for a different item you will be responsible for any freight charges to return the item to us as well as any shipping for the exchange item. For all returns and exchanges a call to our Customer Service staff within 14 days from the date of receipt will help you avoid an unnecessary return or charge. If you send a return back without calling us first, there will be a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. Use the original carton, pack the merchandise securely, and enclose the invoice with an explanation and ship prepaid via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept returns sent COD. For items with a manufacturer warranty, please follow the instructions.
