Q. How are Saddle Bags installed?
A. The AAR Saddle Bags series feature a multi-position adjustable yoke that will accommodate almost every model of domestic and foreign motorcycle. Saddlebag supports are required for secure mounting to keep bags away from the wheel and shock absorbers. When mounting saddlebags, keep clear of exhaust pipes and hot engine parts. Use all 2-side tie down tabs on the front and rear of each saddlebag. Once your saddlebags are fully loaded, check each to ensure that there is no contact with the wheel when riding.
Q. How are Sissy Bar Packs mounted?
A. The AAR Sissy Bar packs feature a 4” wide Velcro mounting systems that secures promptly to all sizes sissy bar back-pads along with a black tie down system. A chrome motorcycle rack is required for secure mounting of any AAR Bike Pack. Be sure that the Velcro and tie down system are secure before loading and riding with any AAR Bike Rack bag.
Q. How are the Traveler Bags installed?
A. The AAR Traveler Bags feature rounded top and flat bottoms to ensure secure mounting to your luggage racks using a 4” wide Velcro mounting systems that secures promptly to all back-pads (along with a black tie down system). A chrome motorcycle rack is required for secure mounting of any AAR Traveler Bag. Be sure that the Velcro and tie down system are secure before loading and riding with any AAR Traveler Bag.
Q. How do I keep my AAR Bags clean?
A. Use only mild soap and water (no cleaning solvents) to keep and restore your bag’s appearance. A rubber-vinyl protectant can be used after cleaning.
